Nice views from the balcony and the breakfast vouchers for the pancake house were a great perk. The indoor pool was a bit crowded during peak hours and made it hard to relax.

The view of the river and ducks was nice. The balcony wasn’t private and shared with neighbors. Room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable.

Great room with free Wi-Fi and indoor pool. Beds too stiff for my comfort.

Riverside Tower offers an exceptional view of the mountains and water from the balcony, making it a perfect backdrop for family memories. The spacious rooms and clean environment added to our stay. The helpful staff also contributed to a pleasant experience, despite some minor inconveniences.

The balcony view overlooking the river is a real winner. The staff is friendly and the room has plenty of storage and convenient outlets.
Noise from outside really hits hard in the early hours.

clean room, friendly staff with a super welcoming gentleman at the front desk who assisted us during our midnight check-in and a spacious layout that featured a king-size bed with a room divider for extra privacy.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The rooms were clean and the view from the balcony was nice. The staff was friendly and got us extra pillows quickly.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still worth it.

The location is perfect, just steps away from everything you want to explore! The room was super spacious and had an amazing river view—plus, a cozy fireplace for those chilly nights! Every staff member was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.
Couldn't recommend more! ❤️😊

I loved how easy it was to explore everything from this hotel as it’s just a few steps away from the Old Mill and only a 10-15 minute drive to Gatlinburg and surrounded by so many great restaurants like Huck Finn’s Catfish and The Old Mill Pottery House Cafe, plus I enjoyed the beautiful views of the river right across the street and even took a lovely stroll to Patriot Park, while the comfortable and clean rooms with great showers made my stay enjoyable, but the hot tub could use some slip-resistant features for safety.

A commendable experience overall. The view of the strip and river was stunning. The suite, with its fireplace, exuded coziness. Newly renovated and impeccably clean. Staff were accommodating; check-in and check-out went off without a hitch. The separate sinks were a practical touch, and the double shower was a highlight. Breakfast options were excellent—a complimentary pancake option or a $5 buffet that was worth every penny. housekeeping was inconsistent; while I appreciated daily towel service, spider webs and a minor leak indicated room maintenance could improve. Noisy neighbors and uncomfortable pillows detracted from the experience. The uncomfortable bed didn’t help. Despite these issues, I’d return for the positives.

The two-bedroom suite had a good layout with a pocket door between the rooms. One room featured a river view and access to a shared balcony, while the other had the bathroom and hallway access. The entire suite felt spacious, but the beds and pillows were a bit firm for my taste. There was no carpet on the floors, which was clean and easy to maintain. Unfortunately, the temperature differences in the rooms made for an uncomfortable night; one was cold while the other was warm. Noise from the hallway and an ice machine nearby impacted sleep quality.

Super spacious and clean rooms! Loved the kitchenette with a big fridge and microwave. The location is perfect, nice and quiet by the river, yet close to everything. Staff was super friendly, and check-in was a breeze. Only issue was the walls are kind of thin, so I heard a bit too much noise at night.

My location was epic! Surrounded by attractions and with a cool terrace view. The staff was as available as my cat demanding food.
Oh, I just loved feeling like I was sleeping on a medieval plank bed every night, what a treat.

So, we had a rough time with the staff—they singled us out for noise but ignored others. The room was just worn down; the tub had peeling paint, and the beds felt like sleeping on rocks. Super uncomfortable!

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the river and Parkway. The staff was incredibly helpful—especially the gentleman who checked us in late. The in-room jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, and the breakfast across the street was well worth the upgrade. the pool area lacked towels and the jacuzzi was disappointingly cold. The shared balcony was great for family but could be awkward with strangers. Noise from outside was noticeable, especially early in the morning. Cleanliness was generally good, but the shower pressure was lacking. Little quirks made this stay memorable, both good and bad.

The room we were initially assigned on the 6th floor had a strong smoke smell and a large stain on the bed, prompting us to request a transfer to a different room on the first floor. While the new room was louder and lacked a balcony, fireplace, and Jacuzzi tub, it was cleaner and more comfortable than the first one. One thing that stood out to me was the lack of breakfast options on-site. The complimentary pancakes offered across the street were disappointing, with an additional charge for milk. I appreciated the hot water in the room and the friendly staff, although the absence of breakfast at the hotel was disappointing. Our two-bedroom unit had air conditioning/heating issues, especially in the second bedroom. the location was convenient, within walking distance of attractions like the Old Mill area. We visited during the 4th of July festival, and the view of the fireworks from our room was fantastic. The breakfast vouchers for pancakes were a nice gesture, and the hotel overall was clean and well-maintained. Despite these positives, there were some downsides. The noise from garbage trucks in the early hours was disruptive, and the lack of amenities like a hair dryer and separate A/C in the second bedroom was inconvenient. the shared balcony with another family and the uncomfortable bed affected our stay negatively. While the pillows were too hard for my liking, others in my group didn't have any complaints. I did have an unfortunate experience with the staff disposing of food I left in the fridge, despite my attempt to retrieve it shortly after. Despite these issues, I believe Riverside Tower has potential but needs to address certain aspects.

Had a blast at this hotel! The location was super convenient, with a walkable distance to the Old Mill area and a great view for the 4th of July fireworks.
Some noise from outside and a lack of room amenities. It would be perfect with better insulation and room locks, but overall a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Pigeon Forge that was just a short 7-minute drive from Dollywood. The location was perfect for our holiday plans. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was recently remodeled, clean, and comfortable. We loved the complimentary breakfast coupon for delicious pancakes, and the option to upgrade to a buffet for just $5. The hotel's proximity to restaurants and shops along the river made it even more convenient for us.
Minor maintenance issues with the door latch and cracked caulking around the fixtures were the only downsides, but they did not affect our overall stay.

Our room faced the river and park, providing a lovely view. The room set-up with the bathroom between the beds and the pocket door for separation was convenient. The gas fireplace added a cozy touch to our romantic escape. The location near Teaster Lane was a bonus, offering easy access to nearby attractions.
The rooms were not well-insulated, leading to significant noise disturbances. The lack of safety locks on the doors and the absence of a hairdryer in the shower were disappointing.
